Manufacturing

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

After the fabrication process such as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we have poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we have poles checked according to client's various requirements.

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have Microcomputer Automatic Carbon Sulfur Silicon Analyzer to check the raw material after purchasing the steel sheet.

Then we have Physical Performance Test, Mechanical Test, Galvanization Thickness Test, Load Test and Lad Test during and after the manufacturing process. All the effort is to meet our clients' requirements.

Bosheng is the specialized manufacturer of various steel poles and steel components including street lighting poles, electric power poles, traffic signal poles, flag poles, wind power poles and microwave communication towers, etc.

Through Shanghai Port, which is one of the largest ports in China, we export poles to South America, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Philippines and other countries.

Delivery

We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
